Having moved around the U.S. For the last 20 years buying and selling ten different homes, I can say Lisa Wade is at the top of her game. She sold a home for us in 2001 in Boulder. We were so happy with her as a realtor that when we returned to Boulder County area in 2016, we enlisted her help in finding a home to purchase. The area had changed drastically during our absence. We were initially looking in Boulder, then expanded the search to the environs around Boulder as well. Lisa is the most honest, hardest working, best realtor in all of Colorado. She is exceptional in negotiations but she is also honest about all possibilities. Lisa is a world class listener so she hears what you want but she is very good at pointing out hurdles (we had a few). I don't think I could sell or buy a house without her. There is so much legal stuff, inspections you never thought of (but Lisa did), and I got so nervous about it all. There was Lisa, calm and cool and willing to hold my hand through it all. You can not go wrong using her for selling or buying (she has done both for us multiple times).
